I tried to make an arch by connecting perpendicularly incised pieces of card. Like Jenga a tower of card would rise and then fall. I then picked the highest point and worked from there and so on and so forth. The surplus card and apparatus show how it was made and that it is a somewhat eternal cyclical process of rising and falling. The mirror highlights the underbelly of the structure. This explains the name!
